Use of Broward County Released Inmates means that you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They govern access to the site's Broward release-record references, links, and third-party search tools. This is a privately owned reference site with no affiliation to BSO, a jail, a corrections department, or any government body. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a service governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site helps visitors locate Broward County and Florida custody-record resources. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Site

Broward County Released Inmates is an independent reference resource. It is not operated by any sheriff, court, jail, corrections agency, or other public office. The site stores no official custody, release, or court record. It cannot confirm a person's status, release anyone, post bond, or file a record request for a visitor.

Pages point toward BSO release information, Broward Clerk records, Florida corrections searches, supervision resources, federal locators, and outside research tools. Official information remains with the office or provider that created it.

Acceptable Use

No Consumer Reports

Broward County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Advertising and search partners do not provide FCRA-covered services through this site. By using the site, you agree not to use its content for:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Broward County Released Inmates, its operators, and its partners from claims, losses, obligations, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, your misuse of information, or your violation of these terms.
